She can't sign with another agency if she contests the validity of the termination. She would be in "disputed termination status", benched enough that you cant work at your original agency, but not free enough that you can work elsewhere yet. And she didn't sign with any agency yet, the contract is about some old brand deal when they were in a grey legal zone after leaving.

So they're definitely just singling her out to divide the girls and stir discourse she'll probably have to take ADOR to court over this for the next year or so while we have to deal with a detached OT4 comeback. Nobody wins this way I fear

Yup. We are never going to hear about the so-called double contracts apparently only she signed, but the Tag PR maids will spend the next year parroting it. They're already saying she signed to the black label illegally because she runs with Sean.

I don't get why people say this because it just ignores the fact that hybe started this entire situation and is doing this to these girls with or without MHJ. She hasn't been there for a year and she and the girls aren't in contact.

Outside of some kakao screenshots there's literally nothing on her, whereas hybe has an entire trail of activity leading back to the original statement from the COO about damaging NJs brand value. The court literally ruled the contracts of all 5 were valid, which is what ADOR fought for while continuing to use that group to copy newjeans. Then they keep fans waiting for 2 months, and switch up from the court ruling with this…. And people are still blaming MHJ as if she can do anything without a million SLAPP suits. 1. MHJ tried to take over Ador -> nobody has been able to explain how this works

2. Hybe tried to steal MHJ's shares -> straightforward

Given MHJ has won all her cases against Hybe regarding the termination of her shareholder contract so far, with both the injunction judge and the police investigation finding her innocent, it's more likely the 2nd story is true.

They always say some bullshit while conveniently ignore how & who started this in the first place. Never an issue with the executive who wrote this infamous "project 1945" plan but still works at HYBE. Never any acknowledgement that MHJ was cleared by police. Now they'll ignore that ADOR fought in court for a year for all 5 girls only to threaten and split them up to diminish the group's brand value, just like they've openly said. It's more likely that MHJ is a criminal mastermind with shaman brain control powers than a criminal gangster company doing criminal gangster things.
