How anyone can side with HYBE is disturbing. They literally spend so much money on smear campaigns for celebrities in a culture where suicide is all too prevalent. I need everyone to take their BTS, LSF, ILLIT, Cortis, etc. hate, amplify it 10x and direct it to the executives at HYBE actually causing the issues instead of the group members who have no say in any of this.

Danielle might as well go to college or something now, fast forward to 2029 when they are all free to redebut together.

Even if she wins her lawsuit, she can't be reinstated into the group.

That's why the system s ucks. The agency can kick someone out and let the court decide after the fact if it's right or wrong, while the artist is the one who suffers all the damage, win or loss.

If Hybe ignores the law like that, they might also ignore IP laws and add another member or two on a different contract to secure the IP forever when newjeans leave in 2029. They are brazen and are going to try all sorts of sh it.

I was actually thinking if something happens, it would be Hanni not Danielle.

Even if they put out music and videos with 4 members, it would look very awkward.

And the fact that if you support their new music, you are spending money on Hype such a messy situatiom for everyone.
