The kiii if the EXO comeback was botched all b/c Baekhyun's mistress kept him on a leash. If I were the other members I wouldn't want them back either.

It's very unlikely anybody in Newjeans can work with MHJ without risk before 2029. Newjeans contract has to be cleanly terminated, not disputed, and preferably, Hybe vs MHJ lawsuit has to reach a final verdict, the lawsuit will drag on for a year or two, with all the appeals. 2029 it is.

"Agree to return" can sound misleading, they may have signed something like a statement of good faith, but that doesn't waive their rights to take legal action again or similar. It depends if they decide to go along with or not.

They’re not asking for public information, they’re asking for more information about the contract and their reasons for termination so they (Billboard) can do a report and release it to the public. IE not just going with what the narrative is, but to see the language and clauses themselves.
