ragebait and depression fuel subreddits:

r/overemployed

r/salary

r/rebbubble

r/fluentinfinance

Reddit comments seem to trend younger nowadays and it seems like its mostly 14 year olds now.

the way I knew someone would mention this one :deadbanana4:

for me:

r/askgaybrosover30 (so much more chill and mature compared to askgaybros)

r/politics (not recommended as it more often than not ruins your day with news of how borderline evil republicans are)

r/defeat_project_2025 (again, very depressing for the same reasons as /r/politics

r/simpsons

r/canada (its become very conservative lately.. dont like it)

r/canadapolitics

r/canadahousing (if you want to learn how incredibly depressing and nimby canada is when it comes to affordable housing)

r/personalfinancecanada

r/academicbiblical (historical/secular approach to the bible. very interesting)

Should clarify that I hardly ever use reddit at all

Among others, but yeah mostly pop stars and videogames. Considering leaving some subs where people are just annoying and bitter all of the time. The Britney and Mariah subs are honestly among the best, fans there are so kind and chill.

There are some subreddits I like to hate read. :priceless: My favorite one is called r/DogFree, it's filled with a bunch of people having meltdowns because they don't like dogs. The snark subreddits are also filled with very unhinged people.

r/nottheonion

r/askgaybrosover30

r/finanzen (for ETFs and finance stuff)

r/arbeitsleben (for ragebait regarding work LOL)

Used to also frequent r/askgaymen but nowadays it's just filled with virgins and closet cases asking the most banal things like "I accidentally deepthroated my roommate, am I gay?"
