It's so hard to reply to everything but that is all the tea really. I guess I figure an anonymous online fantasy is better than acting out in other ways, and it passed the time. Anyway, y'all are right, it still wasn't right. I respect that so I'll bow out of here and focus my efforts inwards. Take care everybody.

LOL **** this has really kicked off. All right, let me explain. Basically, my partner has been out of the country for 3 months tending to family stuff and we're not open. It's been super lonely and LPSG can only go so far, and I've really been missing that feeling of being desired I guess? A few people here actually know who I am IRL but I didn't wanna post my actual self because that crosses over into my personal life and you never know what can come of that. The dude in the avi actually looks quite a bit like me so I guess I figured it was a harmless fantasy that could pass the time until I could feel that desire for real again. That's really all there is to it. It's not right, and I definitely never catfished anyone or wanted anything from anyone else. It was really just a fantasy that passed the time and the feeling of loneliness, tbh. Hope that makes sense somewhat. Thanks for listening. I'ma change the avi, obviously.

Madonna, Mariah, Whitney. Madonna for the subject matter and being able to articulate very progressive thoughts at the time. She's always seemed well-rounded and intelligent. Mariah for having such a lyrical way with words and especially being able to spin a phrase on a dime. She's so quick-witted and always has a good response. Whitney for her actual speaking voice, she never missed with diction and she sounded confident and clear as a bell at all times.

@Rian Hmm. But before we disallow all members from sharing pictures just because a few end up regretting it, there might be a few options: 1) A big disclaimer in the OP saying exactly what you said. I'm happy to edit my OP and add it in big bold letters if you unlock the thread. How unlike The Roof, this section is open for guest and non-guest viewing alike. 2 (and even better imo): where it says "General and ATRL-related topics", add in bold "Non-members can view this section." That way everyone knows and doesn't have to click on an extra link like the rules or the reminder of viral thresholds to find this out. Also, a lot of threads in the Lounge are much more personal than PYP: The Depression Lounge, I Just Cheated on My Boyfriend, tons of them. I hope you can understand that sharing pictures of our actual selves is part of what makes a forum feel like a community (and not just /r/popbase). And how the people who don't want to share have the option to not post, but the people who do want to share don't have the option.
