There's no way in hell this should've been a single in early 2014 and without a music video.

Jump would've fared better if it was buzz / promotional single shortly after it was recorded back in 2012.
 

 

That Bebe Rhexa hit recently that sampled 'I'm Blue'.

 

The production and even the music video felt straight out of 2012.

Here are the songs that seemingly inspired this sound that is having a resurgence with Espresso.

Well, there are qualities in all 4 songs that i love. These are all amazing songs, i love this sound.

The next artist i'm aware of that hopped on this trend is Dua Lipa.
