Depends on definition. Katy has stuck by her flops and continues promoting and touring no matter how embarrassing it may be. To me that is definition of flopping with class. But she was also not classy during some of the promotional appearances. Gaga with Joker is a good example. I guess both have had good practice?

Her celebrity profile is still quite low imo. Maybe she needs a high profile relationship or some kind of scandal. Though Billie feels much bigger and didn't have any of that so I dunno

Oh you're talking about the promotional schedule? I thought this was about the actual music quality. The cheap generic beats, the unfinished song structures where verses, bridges, and even choruses are missing, the Stupid Love video and those homemade outfits, etc

I don't understand what this argument even is. The difference in streams is irrelevant. At the end of the day, Beyonce will be regarded as literally one of the biggest legends in music history. Up there with Madonna, Whitney, etc. Britney/xtina had big success in the TRL era but Bey passed them a long, long time ago. No offense to fans of these artists, but it's a bit insulting to even compare Bey to them. No amount of streams or book sales or whatever will change any of this.

Honestly they never stopped. While one was more successful than the other, both are a product of the late 90s/early 00s and were both left there in that time period.
