It is very obvious Halle was the lyricist in the group. She needs two excellent pop/R&B songwriters with great penmanship and ear for excellent pop melodies. That really what she is missing from her music.

UGHHH! Her enunciation alwaysss is what deters me sometimes from her songs. Idk if it's a stylistic choice but she covers her vowels way too much, and she doesn't sound as "open" as she much as she could, to where it sounds like she's about to swallow her "Oohsss" and "Aahsss". Everything just sounds sorta muffled or drowned out! 
 

The song could sound soooo much better if she just did what Ariana learned to do and sound a little more Poppy vocally. She's so talented idk why she has yet to hit the mark! Have Mercy and Body were THAT GIRL, like ugh!

Not feeling this, it's her vocals. She's an amazing vocalist but somehow her delivery, it just doesn't fit here. Love the melody and idea.

Idk if its the vocal production or the editing or just how she sings solo but her voice sounds idk..it sounds so much better when shes singing songs with halle
