People bragging about it when we all know it’s fake. Jennie suddenly at #9 when she was #1 for an entire year. 
And WY out of the top 10 while she is the most searched female idol on Naver 

From memory, the brand rep studies also negate consumer chatter with a positivity-negativity analysis and so antis (like those after Jennie, Wonyoung, etc) have a strong influence on where these girls land on the charts.

 

So what these charts end up measuring is who 12-16 year old girls are talking about quixotically, painting a picture of an ideal world of Kpop they'd like to consume, rather than the actual reality of who they're interested in.

Part of the reason My World era are so successful because they ditched/tone down Kwangya and Black Mamba concept which is very welcomed for Aespa reboot after the disaster that was Girls era quality wise.
