I think you guys are underestimating how hard it is to sing and dance at the same time re: a2o lite. I took dance (mostly hip-hop stuff) as a kid / teen and did comps just for fun and it requires a lot of work to maintain breath control (diaphragmatic & thoracic breathing specifically) and that's with no singing. For dancers it's specifically about stability, fluidity, etc, and also importantly to protect your spine. A lot of these dancers could barely talk after their performances. And this was all school related stuff, very minor leagues. For these girls to be able to hold their notes & do choreo considering they're all <17 is actually really impressive. It means they've been training for a while and were disciplined with their training. I don't mean this as shade to any of them, but it's obvious they were selected for their talent and not just for CF opportunities, which is obviously not the case for the majority of Kpop groups in the last 5 years in particular. Even some I really like... go have a quick watch of any of Kiiikiii's encores, for eg, but make sure your volume isn't too loud. Anyway, I hope this is the start of a new trend of talent first, everything else second.

I don't understand how a2o lite are this good at that age... like, that's actually deeply embarrassing for the other labels / groups. Also it means a2o soul are likely as good, too. I guess the schools should remain closed.

Nmixx title track is better than expected but I prefer the b-sides. The prechorus here is so good: This is an earworm Totally different from the others in the EP but very sweet

Just imagining Eunseok, Shotaro, or Sungchan attempting ANY line in Superstar. Sohee would have to sing every high note and Wonbin could MAYBE sing a few of the verses. Anton could sing the "hey hey hey" part. It would sound more like a whisper or like he's struggling to breathe, but they could autotune it.

Usually not here for remixes but absolutely love this one. One of my fav songs from the album, probably 2nd after Honeybee. The video is adorable, love Chappell, and Olivia just consistently delivers. These two are in it for the long haul.

I think basically everything about this is perfect. It's GORGEOUSLY shot, beautiful colour grading, and has that nostalgic vibe of 'we can accomplish anything together' or 'we're young and free', etc, whilst also showcasing individual struggles to give it that bit of pathos it needs. It's kind of a perfect intro for the group. And I'm just gonna enjoy it now bc we've all seen what's happened with other bgs that started like this, but that's okay, it doesn't have to be forever.
