It was half-assed. When we saw the teasers plus the mood board, they were supposed to go full-on Comics concept. They even had the members drawn in full comics form. But they didn't go with it, except for some pictures and nothing else. And it was done and commissioned by a real artist and there was supposed to be more than just 10 pictures. They did the same for Monsta X last year for The X, they spent a high amount of money for The Underdog version of the album to create Dogs for Monsta X, where everyone thought it was AI or 3D printed; it turns out the artist who created them actually did a dozen of them and put the creation process on their Youtube channel and they used it 3 seconds on Do What You Want MV and 12 pictures on ONE version of the album. Starship has brillant ideas of concept but never fully commit. An other example, they ended up looking cheap and not in the good way like Power Rangers...
