I've long held to 250k to 350k, as it factors in her format strengths and weaknesses as well as chance (both positive and negative). 

 

Hoping the pure sales push through and help elevate even beyond. 

I think this era is meant to regain some share in the streaming dominance she lost over the years. With more Acts coming, engagement and less breaks are encouraged like look at what Taylor did after Lover. It’s sort of a win/win. it’ll help the chances for AOTY and increase overall catalogue streams. I’m expecting a longer era than Lemonade especially when visuals aren’t here.

Yes. ACT 1 is a Renaissance. It will establish her in the places she needs to thrive in todays current climate.

 

By the time we get Act 2 it will be even bigger.

It's supposed to do nearly 200K off just streaming so if I were some of y'all I'd up my estimates.

I’m still sticking to my 500k+ prediction. 

Let's not forget the 30K Vinyls that sold out as well + some, and the CD's. The album is looking to do what I initially predicted 375-400k, but I could see it doing even more.

We have no insights about her physicals, though. Other than it's her strongest metric. 

 

I remember those monitoring her store noting the sales. Do we know what they were? Or how many units the boxes or vinyls were?

I know it ships worldwide, but we know the mass of her audience are US based. 

I'm surprised she's not posting some of the videos running on Shop Beyonce on her IG. There's a hands-off, boutique approach to her socials that I can't quite decide if I like or not lol). When it comes to her general pics, I'm all for less is more. Even with the music, I don't believe in spamming,

IG has a whole direct buy button. She also can link her store directly in her stories. Maybe the numbers are giving what they want OR it's more of this "not being seen to try" thing that I go in and out of liking about her social strategy.

I'm kinda worried about how little Asia and Latin America (excluding Brazil) are helping with the streaming numbers on Spotify. Those markets are necessary if she wants to get bigger numbers in the future...

It’s definitely the latter. Non promo yonce  strikes again. It’s one of the things that frustrates chart hive.

Well she refused to tour those areas for 10+ years so it’s what she deserves 

Yeah the ‘abundance of music’ will definitely improve her streaming, especially on Spotify… so I really hope we are getting another album in 10-12 months

Not to get too geeky about Bey's business, but it's becoming clear that whoever she has helping steer her ship is making big plays that are really setting her up well for the long haul.

 

Like you said, the "abundance of music" feels like a really wise streaming play. It'll be A LOT of new music, tastefully rolled out (rather than that Chris Brown mess) that we can feast on for long periods while she's on her next hiatus. Basically, the vast number of songs will work for her while she's not working. She'd also be wise to snag a couple of big streaming collabs for the next two acts. Basically do what things like the Ed and Megan collabs did for her on streaming. 

 

Beyond that, notice how things like Netflix are multi-project and multi-year...giving her a huge inbuilt audience for projects beyond this three-act run we in now. Same with Adidas. Long term, multi-year etc. 

 

It's all really encouraging when thinking of her next decade.
