We all know that the next logical step (and this was already kinda hinted at/confirmed by the CCT interludes) would be her delivering some actual acting and lines so Best Actress would technically be possible but let's remain realistic

 

The film's quality will obviously be there, all she'll need is an oscar savvy distributor like netflix or A24, campaign at major film festivals, push for craft categories, do a proper theatrical run of at least 7 consecutive days in both LA & NYC, avoid a limited screening only model and intercut music with plot progression (to avoid the "music block" / "talking block" trap that could shut her out from a lot of categories.

 

All of this sounds pretty feasible if she can be arsed to show up at Venice and TIFF and film a quick featurette on set. The only downside would be that this guarantees we're not getting full music sequences for full length songs (which, lbr, we aren't getting that anyway since even her regular visual albums don't feature every song in full )

 

Cats (2019) was also eligible for a lot of categories. Love your enthusiasm, but Beyoncé will 100% never be nominated for Best Director. Ever. Especially not for whatever it is you think she's going to release for these albums. They're notoriously stuck up and cliquey. Best Actress is also a joke of an idea, but 1000x more likely than Best Director.

Best actress is more likely for her Than best director that's true. But it also depends on the quality of the film she directed and how well received it is.

Beyonce's directorial style, like everything else she does, is incredibly collaborative.  The studios are cutthroat, and they will run a destructive, expensive smear campaign against her, questioning how involved she really was.

Can someone explain to me the fascination with Swift? 200+ pages in a matter of 2 days? How? I dont get it. Shes not offering anything new, extraordinary, genre-pushing, provocative, yet humanity collectively agreed to stan her like that?

Where was i when that happened? I feel like i mustve been in a coma when the mass brainwashing happened or so, cause wtf?

We cannot know for sure, but it is highly probable that the plan was to have the Renaissance visuals released at some point before going into act ii.

 

Remember that movie industry guy that spilled the tea on her not reaching an agreement with any of the streaming studios? Whatever happened she must have changed plans along the way but at the time she released this teaser I believe the intent was to have them out sooner rather than later.

Think about every pretty white girl that you know/knew in your life that has ever made herself the victim in any situation. Now imagine her opps are Kanye West and Scooter Braun and you have your answer

See it has been collaborative because of the type of projects she has been doing. If she does a film with dialogue, she will be the only director because unlike black is king she isn't shooting in different continents and with different directors.

They initially stanned Britney. She fell off. Then they fake stanned Beyonce as a celebrity, not as an artist until 2017 when they realized she wasn't leaving Jay Z and Taylor was making victim noise music with reputation. It brought back their nostalgia of her crossover to pop and they've stanned hard ever since. I like her more as a personality than for her music, especially the slow songs that seemed like they were written from random pages of a thesaurus… def ain't it. 
 

What I personally don't understand is hip hop artists going so hard for her. Do they really listen to her music or are they clout chasing? Cause where was this love before she re-exploded? Nicki and Cardi posted about her new album. Flava Flav's entire social media is dedicated to stanning her. Her music does not align with the music they make or claim they listen to in interviews. It's always the most random people that come out as Swifties now. I think Taylor plays a really good "social game" behind the scenes to make everyone fall in love with her. Our fave pays everyone dust so over time they start to think "I've been in the industry for X years, paid my dues and she still doesn't acknowledge me."

I…didn't know Queen was actually involved in the recording for this. If she covers my fav Queen song (It's Late), you can take me straight to hell immediately.

 

Looking at the list of collaborators for Renaissance and Cowboy Carter, I really don't know if we can predict who she'll collab with next. I feel like Willie Nelson, Post, Miley, Beam, and Tems were all pretty random. And even Kendrick was random for what the era seemed to represent.

So how is she going to top American Requiem as an Album Opener.....!?

 

I already miss her. Can she give us a random instagram post of her on holiday or something?
