y'all seemed to have forgotten last time she didn't even bother to post pictures from the last 2 dates of RWT. the galleries just sat empty on her website for months until she took down the gallery altogether. be grateful she even bothered to post them this time because she clearly doesn't care about acknowledging the end of the tour

That wasn't a surprise release. She just tacked that own to her million dollar commercial to capitalize off the Super-bowl commercial run. Everyone knows that's best time to have a commercial on TV. She's a smart businesswoman and she'd already made obligations to release the album on a certain day anyway. That's more than likely why there's two endings to the commercial.
 

She's hasn't surprised released since 2018, and thank God that phase is over! 

With Taylor dropping soon I highly doubt we'll see a release.

Maybe it's Cardi B's album release day single or an album cut, maybe it's another odd-ball sibling of "My House" to celebrate a tour film, maybe she'll hop onto a Jay-Z single, or maybe she'll surprise us with 1 of the 4 remaining Kacey Musgraves co-written songs (1 is on her songwriter INK's debut album) that didn't make Cowboy Carter.

 

Also want her to appear on the soundtrack of Lizzo's Rosetta Tharpe biopic (alongside Jazmine Sullivan) next year.

I cant decide if Beyonce or Destinys Child has a better discography , I been listening to a lot of both lately. I think b leaving destinys child let beyonce get more sexy and raunchy. Michelle woulda never allowed that in destinys child so much to discover on my bingesSurvivor is the best destinys child album and i didnt much care for the last one minus the singles and t shirt. But omg survivior is so good and epic. BTW i head check on it was originally a dc3 song which would explain that intro. Some people on the internet swear its kelly on verse 2. Also michelle shoulda gotten a solo in independent women

Huh? Of course the double release of THE and 16Carriages was a surprise. We had no prior knowledge of her debuting a whole ass commercial at the SB, let alone 2 new songs.

This line alone (which I totally understand and identify with) reminds why I get so annoyed with some corners of the Hive playing down DC as being "Bey and the girls" or some kind of relic of her past that she is now "above".

 

Granted, they belong to the same musical tree, I generally treat them as two separate acts (my two favorite acts, at that) and I legit think when duking it out song for song, album for album, era for era, it's way closer of a competition than folk give it credit for. 

 

Sure, Bey has the advantage in having more albums, more music, and getting more seasoned as she grew in her career, but DC's hits (specifically) arguably give hers an almighty run for their money and may even outpace hers depending on the era. 

 

A great problem to have (and obviously not an actual problem), but yeah lol.

Babe, you're hanging on to this 'surprise release' theory for dear life! By your flawed logic, every damn single anyone releases is a surprise. She announced in the commercial she dropping new music and she dropped the new music following the premiere. It doesn't matter if it was one song or two, we not what 'surprise release' you're referring to and this ain't that! 
 

Let this go, cause that album ain't coming out this month or next month! 

yeah, I think we can be sure that the album isn't coming out til the next year. she would never release in the same period as Taylor. it's much smarter to wait for a month when there's not much releases and then do it. she's been doing that with previous two acts too 

 

however, I'm still hopeful we get the CC tour film by the end of the year on Netflix + live album + Ren film and album on streaming too 

 

lead single could come early in 2026 with the album shortly after

 

however, we could never know what she's up to 

No way does Destiny's Child have a stronger discog than Beyonce...  That's laughable

 

TWOTW is a masterpiece, and Destiny Fulfilled is strong, and their debut is decent

 

Survivor is hard to listen to, it's very dated

 

BUT, how can you compare those to 4, BEYONCE, Lemonade, Renaissance, and Cowboy Carter?
