Watched the Kylie documentary yesterday (she truly is a queen 👑 what an amazing human being!). Got me thinking if Beyoncé will ever feel the need to make a truly and fully pop album. Thinking about it, her most popular songs have a pop light-heartedness to the melody - Texas, BMS, Cuff it, Irreplaceable… I wonder if act iii is indeed rock, what would the first (and only) single would sound like. If Texas and BMS are anything to go by, it's going to have to be a pop rock song.

It was also Easter weekend. Not sure if that helped the numbers as people were off work - would the album have gotten more exposure?

Very happy for Dara she deserves the win! 🇧🇬 Most of all I am happy she proved her haters wrong! Don't love the song but as someone said, most of Eurovision's songs are really bad so she did very well.

All the essays here about why Bey isn't doing promo… meanwhile she's just being a mom who puts her family first. From my POV she is treating her career as a hobby as this point. She obviously loves music and performing, but in her current life stage her career has taken a back seat. I wonder how things will change as Blue and the twins get older and less dependent on her. Will she really retire or will she come back with a bang?

True that we got lots of stuff in 2013 and now we are getting nothing, but we still know act iii is coming. She may be semi retired but we will still get new music in the near future.
