Like even if she were inspired by the idea of going rock because her idol was going to do it too, is she not allowed to?

This is it. This "project" has already been going on for three years now and will go on for another year until act 3 comes out. It's exhausting. The rumours about rock have been around for a couple of years at least, after some hints on the Renny tour. If she didn't want anyone to steal her ******* nachos she should have gotten off the pot and released the album. I'm sorry, I love her but I just want it to be over now.

Also, Drake releasing an album titled "Honestly, Nevermind" once that check cashed for Heated, is a bigger flex than we think and we don't talk about it enough

Now this is a bold face lie. This woman isn't handling the 3 part project the best but renaissance is a lot more ingrained in popular culture than drake's album, even though she hasn't released any visual album in a minute, lemonade and self titled cemented her status as the revivalist of movie/visual albums, and rock? Lizzo's new song fits right into the last album she released, it is something she has done before.

Rock influences and glam rock influences have been in for a while now - look at Harry and Benson (I dont like their music but theyre inspired by glam rock for sure). Her collab singlet drop run back around 2014/2015 is severely underrated. 
 

Runnin, Hymn for the Weekend, Part II (OTR), Back To Black, Turnt…

 

I wouldn't mind a big collab from her completely different from the trilogy. Sam Smith, Raye, Teddy Swims, Hozier, Tame Impala, Disclosure, Mark Ronson. (lol just noticed most of them are Brits)
