But it's true. Taylor sells more because she has a bigger fanbase. People hate her, but those people can't stop her fans from buying her albums.

It's genuinely impressive the way her debut weeks keep rising despite the sales climate collapsing around her. I thought there way no way she'd hit 1M pure this time. I can't say I'm a fan of the music this time around but good for her.

So on target with the Billboard article about her selling 1.4m first week.

 

I've said I think she'll do anywhere between 1.3 - 1.5m, but I'm going to 'upgrade' my predictions to 1.5m+.
