LoveDrug Appreciation Thread

It's anthemic, airy, simple but powerful. It never gets old alexz

What do you think makes this song so good?

Fantastic, pop perfection. This has come automatically recently not sure if it is getting a push or what but I can't hate.

I'll never get the people who called this song a skip. The hook is an all-timer + it kinda sums up the message of her entire discography thus far rip

LoveDrug and How Bad Do U Want Me are back-to-back Pop Radio Smashes

Like Interflop really fumbled not pushing How Bad last Summer of 2025

wasnt my fav on first listen, then it clicked a week later. one of her best deep cuts fr.

Her pen on the 2nd verse and that belt into the "need your love" bit jonny2 I adore this song

No fr this is a top 15 Gaga song for me.

it's a banger, the production is excellent, the hook is fantastic, and her pen was on fire writing those verses. God was truly with her in the studio.

also, isn't it crazy how this song is like an underrated deep cut on Mayhem? If it had been on Joanne or Chromatica it would been the CLEAR highlight.

The chorus is good. But to me the verses are the true stars of this song. The way her vocals slide, and the lyrics, just perfection. It didn't impress me on first listen like many other Mayhem tracks did but slowly it crept up my top most replayed tracks from the album.

One of her greatest songs and an immediate top 10 for her best deepcuts!

That's how I feel every time I hit "play" on the best Mayhem song.

I know JLo already did this concept for a video but that would've been perfect clap3 worship

Would have done better than Disease

Yeah easily. Love Disease but a lead single it is not.

Love the song. Has such a classic 80s-90s vibe to me.
Dont know why but gives me driving in your car vibes. A bit cardigans maybe? dont know

An unexpected album highlight clap3 simple but extremely effective.

The breezy vocals, the arena-rock flourishes in euphoric pop production, the honest and vulnerable songwriting. 10/10 song, deserves 1B streams.
