Katy Perry continues promoting hit that has yet to be WIB; Justin Trudeau joins
She has mystical powers to be able to get him to do this. She stays having a hot A list man and upgrades each time, now she's onto world leader types.

Taylor's team files DMCA takedowns against fans who posted her wedding invitation
Honestly I'm here for it, it would be camp. She's like a South Park parody of herself rn and I'm kind of living for it, minus the ICE stuff. Her issuing cease and desists to her fans after milking them so much is a kii

Madonna's collab felt natural; Gaga's did not. Do you agree?
That actually makes a ton of sense, if it had been pitched for Joker 2 then Gaga was probably contractually set up to be the lead artist since it was her movie. I wonder what made them take it off of that film, it seems like it would've fit on the Harlequin album.

Everything I've heard from this album is excellent Our postmodern art pop queen giving us not one but TWO excellent albums this year

Madonna's collab felt natural; Gaga's did not. Do you agree?
I would love to know the negotiations bts because it never made sense that Gaga was listed first and it was on her album. No shade but Gaga doesn't even show up until a minute and a half into the song, and only has a short fully solo bit before she's harmonizing with Bruno for the rest of the track.

HDD: #1 Madonna 132.7K
133k means she doubled Madame X without the tour bundles. Incredible at her age. I can't think of another artist pushing 70 who has done these kinds of numbers with new original music. Also kii at her not even bothering to do signed copies (or pretend they're signed)

HDD: #1 Madonna 132.7K
Not when Miles Away, She's Not Me, Beat Goes On, Devil Wouldn't Recognize Me are excellent, Candy Shop is a wildly overhated campy bop with top notch production and great melodies, and Voices is a cool experiment and callback to her more introspective eras. Heartbeat and Dance 2Night are generic but cute bops as well. The only truly bad songs are Incredible and Spanish Lesson.

They went back to being creative. Is it time for a Madonna x Gaga collaboration?
ARTPOP would've been the best time, to bury the stupid feud and they were both doing hard hitting EDM pop at the time. I don't think their styles would mesh well rn with the sounds they have going on. Madonna is much more vibey whereas Gaga's music screams at you no shade.

Eminem vs. Taylor: Bigger act of the 21st Century WW
Eminem's peak might be unmatched tbh. In 2002 he released an album that sold 20M+ copies, another one that sold 10M+ copies, had the biggest hit of the entire decade (Lose Yourself) in addition to multiple other smash hits, and a blockbuster movie built around him that was essentially a biopic of his early life (8 Mile).

Charli xcx - "Take Away The Music"
Sounds incredible but why is this not on Music Fashion Film?? She's such a troll Unless it's not called "Take Away the Music" and is actually on the album

Britney responds to TMZ article about "erratic driving incident", mentions Xtina
She's not dragging her. Xtina is her closest peer, their careers were almost exactly the same from Mickey Mouse Club in the early 90s to about 2004. It makes sense she's looked at her through the years since and envied the freedom she had without anything like a conservatorship.

If Max Martin were to release a greatest hits album/compilation what would go on it ?
Everybody (Backstreet's Back) ...Baby One More Time I Want It That Way Oops!... I Did It Again It's Gonna Be Me Since U Been Gone I Kissed a Girl Hot n Cold So What California Gurls Teenage Dream Dynamite One More Night Beauty and a Beat I Knew You Were Trouble Roar Dark Horse Problem Bang Bang Shake It Off Blank Space Can't Feel My Face Love Me Like You Do Can't Stop the Feeling! No Tears Left to Cry I Don't Care Blinding Lights Save Your Tears We Can't Be Friends (Wait for Your Love) The Fate of Ophelia It would have to be a double album, and SO many massive hits are left off this list, I was just trying to focus on a variety of artists and songs that were both massive and have stood the test of time with a good mix through the years.

Max Martin's biggest flop ever with a pop girl? I'm Not a Girl, Not Yet A Woman?
That song was on albums (Britney, Greatest Hits My Prerogative, and The Singles Collection) that sold a collective 18 million copies, the songwriter royalty per track on an album is approx 12.4 cents, which means he made well over $2 million from that song on album sales alone, not counting global radio airplay, licensing for films (including Crossroads), live performance royalties, single sales, satellite radio, and other revenue streams.
