Rich Harrison's production on Anotha Luva really brings that 00's feeling.

Waittttt she had Rich produce on that?! Makes sense now lol.

I can't play the rest of the album because "Oooh" is stuck on repeat.

I went to a FNAC store here in Spain to buy the album and they didn't have it, weird bc they had Crash

I keep replaying Shoulda Never and Unlearn but I do love most of it, it's just too many songs to take in all at once

The fact physicals aren't available in stores is such a ball drop from Atlantic. What are they doing rip

I think Unlearn would've been a better feature for Brandy than I Need You.

I kind of hope she does a long rollout for this with really spaced out singles. The album is perfect for spring but there are a lot of songs that would be great for fall too. I think with Folded being so big, the label allowed her to just create music and not search for a hit. I'm loving the slower, 00s sound. There are so many R&B artists that I wish would reignite that vibe but they either don't or they use mainstream producers that ruin the sound by using too many trap elements. She really put her whole ***** on this. jonny5

After a few listens I feel this is her best album. It's so eclectic yet every song did what it had to do.

Still, You got it, I need you, Back and forth and Anotha Luva are my current top 5 but it keeps changing

I'm on Folded and I love how everything so far has this 00s vibe, jamming

Was expecting way more from this album. The singles are the best offerings. The other songs all sound the same. It's way more chill/slow jam than I thought.

Unlearn is amazing tho clap3

What's the tea on this ? I haven't listened yet but I want opinions first , my fave Kehlani era was 2017-2019 so SweetSexySavage / the first While We Wait

I don't think it sounds like SSS or WWW, but it's closer to them than both Crash and Blue Water Road. She really leaned into the early 2000s R&B sound. Think the sound of The Way It Is by Keyshia Cole, Moodring by Mya, or 8701 by Usher. If you liked Muni Long's most recent album or you loved Folded, you'll probably like this because she continues the throwback sound.

Ouch with all the hype i thought she could for sure hit 100…. The vinyls not being sold anything was a set up.

These are great numbers for her. IWGUIW was the commercial peak of her career album-wise and it did 83k first week.

BWR did 18k

Crash did 19k

70k twelve years into her career is great. clap3
