Kehlani - 'Kehlani'

Featured Replies

Every single song, every note, the harmonies, the bridges, the key changes. An absolute love letter to R&B. Fire features who respected their role and hit them out of the park too. Love love love love.

I Need You (The best Brandy has sounded on a track in years, the layering of the harms heart)

Oooh (Baby making record, time to get on the apps hunni)

Shoulda Never (BAWPPPP, def should be a single! The little rap verses towards the end from both Lani and Usher were so cute)

Call Me Back (T-Pain was in his bag, him and Kehlani have made two great records together now. They go together!)

No Such Thing (Clipse really put a bow on this record, great R&B/Rap fusion)

such a great album jonny What I like the most about it that it's innuendo heavy, not vulgar at all. Kehlani really STUDIED. It's up there with While We Wait and SSS to me, probably will pass them up with time.

Now all is good but why is there no distribution to other vendors outside of her webtore/Warner Music???

Is the album available in any physical stores? Seems to be unavailable everywhere including Amazon.

Maybe they want higher profit margins selling through her site but this seems very weird for such a high profile release with a smash hit?

After the per-order went up weeks ago she posted about the album already outselling Crash based on orders alone.

It's not available anywhere! Only thing stopping me from ordering is the fact I avoid using artists' websites cause I don't want to be paying individual postage every time and there's always some release happening every other week. But it makes no sense for this not to be released everywhere if they're aiming for mass appeal

Strange. Crash had exclusive vinyl variants with many retailers (Amazon, UO, B&N etc). She also put out a vinyl compilation with Target at the start of 2025 before Folded came out but the new album has no Target edition either.

One of the vinyl variants is now on Discogs:

The art direction looks beautiful and thankfully the physical release has the full 17-song tracklist with no omissions!

Great debut for her considering R&B is so small on Spotify heart

That's what I was waiting to see as well, whether it would be the full track list which luckily it is

my favs outside the singles:

  • no such thing

  • i need you

  • oooh

  • sweet nuthins

  • cruise control

You Got It is THE one for me. jonny Especially that bridge, love the reference to Ya Man Ain't Me.

This album is immaculate. She made the right decision by returning to traditional R&B. The entire album is giving modern ode to Keyshia's The Way It Is and Just Like You. I was a little nervous she only went traditional with Folded and the rest would be alternative R&B like Crash and Blue Water Road, but she followed through. I think this will end up being my second most streamed album of hers after It Was Good Until It Wasn't.

I want to buy the vinyl but can't find it anywhere? Did she rush this album so quickly that there is no vinyl rip

This one is available on her store (and I'm assuming other retailers too) https://store.kehlani.com/products/kehlani-signed-flower-cover-vinyl-2lp

She had multiple variants but they're all sold out. This is the only one left.

This album makes for such a warm, glistening springtime listen alexz3 Pocket, Cruise Control, You Got It and No Such Thing are my favorites I think.

Nobody is talking about Still.

Man that one is so well written and speaks to what I'm going through at the moment. It's sooooo smooth

Sold out

Lmao the girls saw the link and run. At least I helped queen sell out everything. Thank me later @Kehlani

I don't think Out The Window is getting enough recognition.

Such a fantastic song and a perfect followup to Folded. I think it would have been a bigger hit if it was released at a different time. Folded became such a big moment and naturally anything that came after was gonna be overshadowed.

Cruise Control is so You Should Be Here coded jonny

Cruise Control just sounds like quintessential Kehlani. It might be my favourite song on the whole album right now. heart2
