She both reheated her nachos and cosplayed as other artists in the same album. The statements can be true and mutually exclusive at the same time, you know.

Garden of Eden sounds like a mashup of these two songs.

Mayhem is fine because most of mainstream pop sucks anyway and the few shining lights like Slayyyter and Tinashe mostly fly under the radar. But it's still creatively bankrupt regurgitated autopilot pop without an ounce of creativity that just apes past icons from Madonna, Bowie and Prince to Queen and Elton John. Gaga is truly the greatest chameleon of pop in that she can cosplay these legends without actually infusing any originality or point of view when she does. At least she glommed on to Bruno's sound and got a hit out of it or her fans would still be celebrating Just Dance charting (while calling Katy a 10s fad).
