No one was trying to associate Tate with Godney when she first came out (actually I rihmember mostly Camilla Cabaracist comparisons ddddnk), it's just she and/or her team are doing a lot to have people connect back to dots to Ms. Spears. She even wore Godney's EXACT same outfit on the red carpet. Which is fine and cool, I like Ms. Canadian down, but you don't need to disrespect certified legends to uplift your fave, nor does Army need to put down your fave to uphold ours. But don't come in here just LYING about Britney, her influence on pop girls of today, when literally every single girlie has given her a shout out in the year of our Lorde.
