Genuinely, I like Mayhem more. Was never that crazy bout Renaissance.

MAYHEM is amazing and first half has some of the best songs of her career, but the second half of the tracklist is not as strong and has some really questionable entries. I feel like BTW is much much stronger body of work

RENAISSANCE is probably Bey's best album. No skips. Some of the best production in recent music. Every detail, every layer is there for a reason. Instant classic

Renaissance is Yón outdoing herself yet again and delivering a masterpiece.

Renaissance hands down. Mayhem has a couple higher highs (per my music taste) but renaissance offers a cohesive, well crafted, musical narrative start to finish. objectively one of the best dance pop albums of all time.

But Renaissance is Beyoncé's best album.

The one that isn't a low-brow RuPaul cosplay, in which the artist wears tacky gay culture for a quick (forgotten) hit, which was immediately abandoned in favour of straightness.

Both grandiose albums but Lemonade is my favorite Bey album and Mayhem is my favorite Gaga album so I'll go with Mayhem.

I'm sorry, I've never been a huge fan of Renaissance 🫣 I know I'm supposed to like it as a pop fan, but I personally think that Cowboy Carter was way better than it idk. the melodies on Renaissance just… mostly échappe me (I always forget the word in english for that)

I prefer Abra vs any song on Renaissance but as an album Renaissance is so much better, it's quite a stunning piece of work

This. Abra, Garden of Eden, and Perfect Celebrity all are more my genre than Renaissance in general. But Renaissance as a whole is just unmatched. The influences, the transitions, the messages... truly stunning. And it doesn't have the lows Mayhem has. Looking at you, Don't Call Tonight/HBDUWM
