For regular people who engaged in this challenge 100 is too much but they do what they can I'm doing 100 daily, 1 hour of cardio, 1 hour of gym and cycling half hour to work and back, daily, it's kind of a lot but no signs that it's too much My bf wants to be the fit one in the relationship even though I'm the PT, so yeah, I'm pushing it and so is he 🤣

Back then I thought it was average but now comparing it to the new Miley or Katy I'd say it's decent to good
