I love the track. I see the growth and I see why she wanted to drop it. It's a vibe. However, I do think they need a huge launch for another single on album release day - that will push the album and guarantee a hit that keeps even more people talking.

its starting to grow on me, i thought jay-z's song was boring imo but i can appreciate the quality, and cardi just flipped it with her perspective so its not entirely her fault.

i get why she wanted to drop it but she should've just stopped with outside, or dropped an offset diss, we don't really need a hit but we need something that will get people interested in the album

obsessed with this now, the video is everything

It's not even on Spotify's TTH. Will they ever place Cardi on that playlist again?   Maybe for the album release week

I appreciate her switching it up but this easily could've been a cute promo single dropped a week before the album (to spike interest) not a full-fledged single with a music video

The song isn't bad at all, but it lacks replay value.

 

I really don't know why she's not releasing a hit? She needs something undeniable and uptempo like "I Like It" or "Up".

She told yall why she released this kind of song. And either you accept it or not. But you can't say "why didn't she release a pop song"

I love that she finally dropped Offset and went back to NYC hiphop strong. I love the song obviously. Top 5 from her easily. Idk if it was the smartest choice if she wanted a top ten placement but who cares. Just wait a few more weeks and you can get your pop songs on the album
