I listened to it in the car yesterday.  Its grown on me. Still felt like it needed more bass tho

Its doing fine on Apple Music. 

Just watched the MV and was shocked to see a guy I know in the Mykonos sequence. He's a well known model in Greece, he's so hot! 

 

 

I don't see a need to panic yet. This record was to satisfy a key niche that doubt her rapping skills and wanted to see what her writing to a beat alone would sound like.

 

I hope this track still gets sent to Urban radio on Tuesday, she does a few radio interviews (Hot 97, Breakfast Club), hops over to Genius to annotate her lines, and lets this track ride out for a few weeks. It's supposed to be a slow burn.

 

I have a feeling she's gunning for a Best Rap Song nomination right before the deadline.

I like the MV, well the fashions are nice but it is lacking story wise, but it's not a replayable song to me. I saw a comment that said it sounds like she's reading in parts and it really does 

 

Press remains a loose single and I liked that more than this or Outside. This era just seems confused vision wise, the poll where she asked which cover was better and the actual cover was in last place… oof

The video is literally carrying the essence of the mid to late 90s hip hop videos. It shows she lives the life that the imaginary playerz pretend to live.
