anyway, I absolutely think she can redeem herself and score a big hit era again. she's beautiful, charismatic, and talented. she just needs a far more focused vision for her next era and album

Finished with vacationing? Yes! The US leg of her sold out tour is starting soon.

The next album/era will be decisive but she can clearly have another hit for sure

Sure, but those are the promoted singles to audiences other than the artist's fans. So it's misleading to count them in the album track average. What does that figure tell you? Not much. Just like when you look at a company's average salary, but most people in that company don't see a third of that number. 

 

So go ahead and count the average with non-singles, that way you will have a better picture of who has more GP interest. 

New but it's time for a new sound or something. Her last album didn't flop but did show that she is susceptible to an underperformance. It's like what Scarlet was to Doja. The next era is a make or break one imo  

 

I wouldn't say she's FINISHED either. She'll be around for a while in some capacity

 

and while we're at it… these long ass breaks in between eras are a fool ncncncncn. Why do you have 3 albums in 10 years girl? I like her music but it's not like she's releasing Ray of Light or something. I don't understand the massive breaks

Love the way "vacationing" is thrown around as shade.

You only live once and this isn't a rehearsal.  It's not like she couldn't afford to do that for the rest of her days.

The GP doesn't even know the album underperformed, nor do they even care. And most importantly her brand isn't tarnished the way other artists that have a hard time coming back do like Katy, Demi, and Camila. She's doing like 3+ dates in major cities in arenas and selling out, she'll be fine.

She focused more on being hot and pretty and not on the substance or art. Unfortunately I fear she has no more steam.

She's on a huge tour right now and did two sold out nights at Wembley Stadium. Get offline and go in the real world for a sec 

Interesting how everyone forgets that she had a massive hit in Dance the Night right before Radical Optimism rollout kicked off. 2024 was too crowded a year for pop and some people had to get left out. Dua happened to be one of them because her album was kinda forgettable. That being said, RO was actually pretty successful outside of the US and her tour has been doing great. It's way too early to say she's done as a hitmaker, we will just need to see how her next singles go.

She apparently registered her name recently as a trademark for lifestyle and fitness products ( makes total sense ), so I can see diversifying her portfolio further of activities as time goes on.

She's a smart cookie, from everything I can see, and I could well see her "brand" being "her" as much as the music in ten years time and that makes sense as time goes by and her life changes with it.

Yes, she is over since 2021. A COVID era fad, I fear.

All of the tongues that rise against Duallah shall fall. She is a Kylie daughter after all, so her biggest hit is still coming in her 30s. And when that day comes, I can't wait to revel in glory.

 

She's too smart to fall off like that. No, Radical Optimism wasn't another Future Nostalgia but it still got great reviews and a lead single on the year-end charts (US and UK).

No, she still has a lot of goodwill and touring power
