If we're going current female artists: I would say Rosalia, Brittany Howard, YOLA, Jazmine Sullivan, Samara Joy, Mariah Carey ("Thirsty" Remix that only B could release), Adele, and maybe new music with Solange.

 

I would also want Tinashe / Victoria Monét to write something, and Chlöe to produce something.

 

I'm terms of Beyoncé businesses? Ivy Park, Cécred, Sir Davis: Superfan Zara Larsson should be up next.

A proper Solange collab is long overdue.

My dream collabs might be Ciara or Janet Jackson, although I'm not sure if they'd be very creatively challenging or stimulating for her at this point in her career. Ciara's latest output is lazy and Janet seems stuck.

Would be here for a Britney collab as well, I moved a bit when there were rumors of a collab a couple years ago.

But at this point barely anyone can keep up with Queen B and match that driving force to create something outstanding.

Edit: This is when it comes to performers. When it comes to more full-fledged musicians maybe it'd be interesting to see her collaborating with the few remaining legends alive like Sade or Stevie Wonder, maybe?

I don't think Janet is stuck, I just believe she couldn't be bothered since she doesn't truly have a team… and she knows that.

 

Her brother is her "manager" but he has the creative output of a stick. I think she needs an A&R behind her like she's always had prior to Unbreakable to do the heavy lifting. 

To answer the question; after her next album / tour, the only right answer is destiny's child. 
 

Beyoncé's issue with destiny's child is the politics. They're still by technicality owned and managed by Mathew and I don't think she's ready to rip that bandaid off yet. She's in a good place with all of the relevant DC girls and musically they'll be easy to situate. 

Can she stop working at all?

I feel like if she really wanted to put out new music she could make it happen, makes me think that she's not that passionate about the music she has in the vault. 

Oh and definitely the only answer that feels right to this question is Destiny's Child. Spot on!

Hopefully some women. Beyoncé is pro-women, women-only-band, dancer, but she rarely works with women musically.
