The left needs to step up to this moment and make the changes the world is asking for. Australia has an election next week and the right wing party here is pulling straight from the Trump playbook (migration changes, censorship of universities, cutting climate change initiatives, etc), so it's an important one for us, too. I think I know which way it'll go but I don't wanna jinx it. The benefit of having Trump back in power is sending a very clear warning salvo to the rest of the world.
