PP would've sold Canada out at the first chance he got, and most of the Premiers have no clue what they are doing when it comes to Economic Policy. You don't need to be a fan of Carney to recognize he's doing the absolute best out of anyone in Canada can offer at this point - and the lack of a trade agreement has 0% to do with him, and 100% to do with Donald Trump's temper tantrums.

I think Carney's work at diversifying trade agreements so we are not so heavily reliant on the U.S. is the best path moving forward too. I knew the trade deal would be bad, but holy Christ Trump and all Republicans are absolutely stupid thinking Canada would accept: - Not allowing Canada to have trade deal with any other country. - Removing all auto mobile production from Canada. - Removing all culture protections from American products being sold in Canada (not having to have items in French in Quebec/NB/Ontario, etc.) Seriously the dumbest suggestions.
