After more than 30 of you weighed in (and one ballot was tossed for trolling), these albums are looking decidedly less beloved than they did upon their release last year. The lead singles got dragged hard, only eight tracks earned an average above 8 and one album barely grazed the top twenty. Who emerged from the melee? We're about to find out! Step 2. Layer in vocals from what appears to be a simulacrum of a living legend.

 

Step 3. Mix – but not too well. You want to maximize complaints about the quality.

Best bit: “Baby, you have been rejected” will have you believing Mariah can still sang

 

ATRL says…: Most reviews were unsurprisingly bad. “I think it's very brave or stupid to add a legendary vocalist to your song and emphasize the fact that you will never be more than a Nickelodeon imitation of one,” @Achilles. snipped. It “single-handedly lowered Ariana's average” for @Doogle.

It's good, I should've given it a ten tbh.”
