very rarely. i do have cheat meals, generally. on a cut rn so i'm abstaining from it. if i indulge in it to an extent, it makes me gain fat like crazy. i feel better without it. i used to be a little obese in middle school and decided to change that in high school. never looked back but i'm not the kind of person who goes around and dictates what one should and should not eat. it's a totally personal choice and decision.

this. it just depends on who does said person (who is arranging / hosting the event) wants to have performing there, and then there's other factors like scheduling / availability, if the artist's interested or not. gaga performed at that italian crypto billionaire's wedding. rihanna and jlo performed at indian multibillionaires' family's weddings and events. katy performed for one of the ambani family's wedding events too a year or 2 ago iirc (same indian family whose event rihanna performed at). doing privates has always been a thing in the pop space.

i don't mean this in an insensitive way but why's there quite a number of public figures / notable people in their 80s who passed away this week? dolly parton, peter cullen, the king of norway, francois patriat, tommy john, etc (rip to them all).
