  1. I wanted to do most of it today but they were drilling the walls all day long. It's coming before the deadline for sure.
  2. Well, can't wait to find out
  3. Just lost California's 12 because an obvious choice was in front of me all this time but might still get something because it's kinda collapse.
  4. Will have to rely on the Pitchfork interns yet again because these lyrics-based rounds are pissing me off.
  5. Randomly checked if a Japanese jazz singer was finally on Spotify because that person could pull anything, and she was, yaaas.
  6. That Elysian Fields album that Twitter has been pushing didn't gag me, but it has some sapphic undertones, I guess.
  7. I tried my best to save the Pitchfork'd entries and j-pop (not f5ve though because they're already j-pop for those who don't like j-pop).
  8. No, I made friends via social media (mostly forums, also Twitter and a local alternative to FB), and I couldn't really do it irl due to being queer/trans though I have to admit that I was way too naive and might've shared too much information with the wrong people, and there was some hurt associated with that. Still, the pros outweighed the cons for me, and I'm glad that I had those outlets. I can't really comment on the current restrictions because the landscape is completely different. I was also unsupervised yet I would definitely vouch for some degree of parental supervision as opposed to outright bans to avoid the unpleasant things I had to experience, but it's complicated when you're a queer kid in a homophobic family, for example.
  9. STOCK is up there for me as one of her best. It shares some producers and writers with Fushigi and was similarly released without any singles/promotion, but it's more of a rock record.
  10. Danny L Harle - Two Hearts (feat. Dua Lipa) I don't say this lightly, but this is a whole ass chop. And that makes no sense because Danny L Harle is a good producer. What the hell went wrong with this project?
  11. Meaningful Stone - A Call from My Dream She's no Kim Yuna from Jaurim, which means that I'm not really impressed (to your credit, Kim Yuna would've been completely obliterared).
  12. Wisp - Luna In isolation, I like this. In the context of the playlist, it's a tough battle.
  13. Dua Lipa - Falling Forever I'm a bit of a RO defender myself, and I'm fond of this song. I can't promise anything because the khias (including the biggest artists of all time there) need my support.
  14. f5ve - Underground Probably the best off the album. They are such a place, Japan group, though. Bloodpop + western acts = draggings. Bloodpop + a bunch of Japanese girls = collapse. Okay.
  15. After - The Field Pleasant enough. Their existence still feels redundant to me.
  16. Akina Nakamori - Marionette (マăƒȘă‚Șネット) How do you say mother in Japanese?
  17. Crystal Kay - What Time Is It? The contestants are about to discover that Crystal Kay aligns with the their tastes a lot, and we're going to see her banned in the next couple of seasons. Hopefully. The song's nice, though now that I think about it, Haru Arashi off VIVID for this round would be cute and potentially my top 2, love that song down.
  18. Addison Rae - In The Rain You lot are milking the **** out of the album. I do enjoy this one, but there are way too many underdogs this time around, and her success is pretty much secured.
  19. Sofie Royer - AUTO The random German. She has some potential, I think.
  20. Deja Vu - Hell Yeah Nothing against this one, it's listenable and all, I've just made up my mind at this point.
  21. Tove Lo - HEAT I don't feel the new era at all, so HEAT is only looking better and better with each droplet.
  22. Night Tapes - swim Still not properly into them, and I recall them having better stuff, but it's cute enough.
  23. Remi Wolf - Slay ***** The song title unrelated.
