  1. TBF I didn't say anything about Lux winning... but having a strong set of nominations, especially if it gets an AOTY nom, will be pretty huge for album publicity, bringing it back into people's minds, potential for a well-received live performance at the Grammys the way the Brits performance gave the album a little lift for like a week, etc.
  2. Soul Control back on the setlist after she skipped it for T!FG! tour and I finally get to experience song of the decade live
  3. I wouldn't count Lux out until quite yet... seems like she's pushing a promo cycle ahead of Grammy season which could give it longevity alongside potential nominations. Harry's album from this year was my first thought. Maybe that Justin Timberlake album from 2024 as well? I guess it was more a vehicle for the tour though (and speaking of vehicle and tour I don't count that DUI as making the album huge though).
  4. When I went to a festival that Jessie was performing at in 2024 and a straight guy was wearing a Redbubble (I assume) shirt of this single cover???? I chatted with him for a bit and he clearly didn't know anything about Terfy and I decided it wasn't up to me to pull him from his bubble. Ignorance truly is bliss
  5. Two albums in... who has been gatekeeping this woman from me all these years?!
  6. Ocean Blvd > Chemtrails >>> Blue Bannisters (good album, just a definite step down compared to the other two)
  7. It's not shade if she's tagging him directly; it's an outright drag, and deservedly so
  8. After Hours from The Weeknd literally getting NOTHING was insane. Not even a few pity R&B nominations, when the album & Blinding Lights were some of the biggest and most acclaimed parts of 2020.
  9. Good lineup, terrible poster design Caroline on the lineup... her next Bunny is coming next year, more singles the year after, new album 2029
  10. This record doesn't come close to Sound & Color or either of Brittany's solo records, but I think it's a little overhated. It's more background listening than what they usually put out, so I'm not surprised it's not fully landing with fans. Also, genuinely surprised it even charted lol. Why on earth did they waste their comeback hype to tour a year before the album came out and barely even tried to promote the album coming out? Guess they dgaf about this album either
  11. Love the long deadline since I prob wouldn't start this until November, but I'm down to be on the taglist
  12. Songs I haven't seen mentioned yet: Seven Devils, Big God, and Howl by Florence & the Machine Psycho Killer by Talking Heads Hungry Like the Wolf by Duran Duran Witches Brew by Katy B Skeleton Boy by Friendly Fires Bones by MS MR Black Roses by Charli XCX
