this love is not 100% country but it's like country in a red way. If i'm not wrong she wrote the song for Red. If the vault songs are like 7-8 new songs something like that it's ok like this love sounds good on the standard edition.

I truly believe each re recording will have more vault tracks than the last. It sounds insane I know, but I believe it :rip: . Her dad said she wrote like 200 songs for rep

Why do people engage with artists they don't like . I couldn't imagine camping in a Bieber thread and keeping up with his every move... I just ignore him We must pray for the victims of Taylor Swift

I hope for 1989 she is putting the money on the table to get Max Martin back... but the reality probably is he doesn't need the money and probably he's just not interested to work again on songs he already made to make them in the same way ( i can understand it can be boring for a producer), so it's not a money problem from Taylor but he gave the job to shellback and elvira cause he just doesn't care.

And most of them were probably trash considering we got Gorgeous on the standard

I assume each set of vault songs will have at least 2-3 gems in them. As Better Man exemplifies, sometimes she cuts really great songs just because she’s already covered a certain topic or “emotional base.”

Speak Now vault will be interesting but kinda sad, because it feels pretty clear she’s only going to include solo written songs. Generally, I’d call that a good thing, but it also means we’re never getting any cowrites from the Speak Now sessions—it’s too late to retcon them as Fearless leftovers or early Red drafts.

I still believe the 1989 vault will have the Styles cowrite(s) from the tail end of the Red writing sessions; she probably saved him for 1989 since that’s the era he’s more commonly associated with. This vault could be very interesting, considering she came up with the 1989 concept like 8 months before launching the era, and wrote nearly the whole album in that period. There is presumably little material left from those sessions, but lots of potentially scrapped not-pop material written in 2013. I assume it’ll all get pop production anyhow.

Mixtape could potentially be her biggest vault, depending on just how much of her early material she intends to include. There are plenty of songs I’m eager to have proper recordings of—Nevermind, What Do You Say, Need You Now…

rep vault could be the best of them all, honestly. There are… a number of songs that made the tracklist that aren’t there because they were the best available songs, but because she wanted to make certain statements, needed certain vibes, etc.

According to her father his faves didn’t make the album… my guess is a lot of it was too similar to 1989, or too experimental, or too too dark

Mr. Swift is not known for having good opinions so I’ll assume Taylor picked the best available

and if it’s true she wrote 100+ songs for it’s most likely that most didn’t make into the production stage and I doubt there’s a lot more (if any) Shellback / Max Martin songs in the vault considering how much a song with them costs

If that's the issue you can always throw money at people until they care. I'm not worried about that, though, my ear is not that good to appreciate subtle production changes. I only see a difference in her vocals.

What are we estimating a night in attendance for Tampa?

I have no idea, but there were 56k attendees in this same stadium for the Reputation tour.

So 10k more if the trend continues :gaylorcat2:

I was thinking in 2 weeks from now we should get 3 albums in the top 10, with the vinyl week and the special edition of folklore.

I think lover should be in the top 10 too cause She is a big vinyl seller so when the album Is already in the top 10 or very near should easily get there with more vinyls sold that week ( i Guess).

My dream to be more specific is 3 albums in the top 5 :bird:

Lover got a significant boost because of the break-up drama. Let's see where we are two weeks from now, probably around the Top 15.

For 1989, please make it 20 tracks only. Get the 4 best songs from the rejects and add to the holy pop bible. 4 songs are enough if they’re new romantics/wonderland level.

do you reckon we'll get another batch of orphan songs before TV3 or get them in between TV3 and TV4

This week should be in the top10 with similar sales from the week before.

The difference from a #15 or a #10 can be nowadays only 3-4k copies.

So if Taylor fans go to the store to buy folklore they can buy while they are there lover or others vinyls they don't have...stores could make promotions etc...

I'm expecting that week a boost for her catalog in general for the vinyl week, even more impressive this year when Swifties are going to the stores for the folklore special edition.

But 1989 will most likely be the 16+ bb remix + stf… also think she wants a big first week. At least 7 new ones I’m guessing

Maybe you are right, do we know if her catalog saw some boost in last year's "vinyl week"?
