    This also show how pop music culture has changed for the worst. Before it was kind of expected pop stars would decline in quality over time but now they're expected to deliver absolute masterpieces with every new album otherwise they get endlessly attacked and their entire careers are put into question (especially Taylor let's be honest). Taylor in particular is just not allowed to have mid albums anymore, even 20 years into her career. The f*cking Swiftologist is a perfect example of that kind of toxic "fan" who expect perfection otherwise he'll use his platform for hating her.

    Could Taylor make better decisions on some aspects? Sure. But people are going too far with the criticism, it's really turning into a toxic mess.
