Taylor is the only MPG who can casually have an album spend 10+ weeks in no. 1. A much much harder feat. And that's why she's the biggest artist of the 21st century. I can't even think of another millennial/genz MPG album that spent more than 10 weeks besides adele's 21.

And i wouldn't worry about Taylor Swift. She has unmatchable sales but she also has: Immense acclaim from the industry: 4 AOTY. The award Beyonce desperately beg the have and not all pop girls can get no matter what they do. Being the most impactful person, all trades included, that Time magazine name her POTY. An ward no other artist from her generation would ever get. Albums and Singles considered one of the best of all time by a lot of magazine and publications. Multiple artists citing her as the singer-songwriter inspiration. I mean the biggest Gen Z artist right now started as a Taylor Cosplayer.

If you're the best selling artist of your generation, then yes, that's legendary cause you are on top and have consistent success above anyone else. Being no.1 across generation is insane. But huge and mega sales on 1 to 2 eras, no. Just that being viral and lucky.

I actually have more straight friends than gay and women. I just vibe with them more. Less drama and overthinking. You hang out, you drink, you play with their kids, talk about career and goals, the usual boring stuff.

Taylor occupied the whole top 10. That's way more iconic than anything any pop girl would do. I honestly believe no other pop girl can do it. Top 3 should be easy these days.

The Olivias are stronger but I think they're just another HMHAS and The weekend situation. Big commercially and critically but nothing groundbreaking for the artists. Well maybe for Olivia Dean.
