I knew billionaire would be thrown out as if Gaga isn't rolling in millions. As if wealth suddenly erases racism and white privilege. Calling racism an outdated topic in 2025 is so tone deaf. Y'all will say anything to tear down black people it's crazy :dies:

Where did I deny Gaga being a millionaire? look at Snoop Dogg, for example, he was staunchly against Trump 8 years ago. Now he's PRO-Trump and PRO-Israel. MONEY and WEALTH have a role in how you are treated in society. Snoop Dogg doesn't face the same obstacles the average Black/Brown marginalized person experiences solely because of his status.

This thread is so pathetic and disgusting as some replies. Liddos are simply hate a slightly idea that black woman can be more talented, successful etc... I remember when they have a nerve to attack and badmouth Grace Jones, when their fav literally stole a lot of her outfit ideas :giraffe: It's just showing a passive racism with anger :gaycat2:

The only thing that's pathetic and disgusting is having to resort to using race once you start losing logical arguments. Sorry that Gaga was trending #1 on social media. Sorry that Gaga is winning nearly 20 years into her career. Trying to paint Gaga's fans as a base of people who only tear down Black women is comical. Who's been tearing down other Black women like Keri Hilson, Nicki Minaj & Rihanna for decades now?

Why are you so triggered by racism? Do you silent gays that talk about homophobia too? Your privilege is showing.

Girl… the poll.  Most of those people aren't Liddos and they still think Gaga's performance was better.  Stop hyper-analyzing something so simple.  Both performances could not have been any different, yet both were incredible in their own ways.

Also f Grace Jones and her **** attitude.  Beyoncé and Gaga are both better artists than Grace and that short lived thing she calls a career.  Gaga adores Grace and continues to praise her despite Grace's uncalled for remarks.  Some people are just bitter for life, glad Bey and Gaga aren't like that.

Didn't you comment on and like the OGH excuses wheel that mocked Gaga's chronic pain? :rip:

Please, spare me the outrage. You're on this site and you contribute to the "pathetic and disgusting" behavior too :rip:

You mean the same Grace Jones that called Gaga, a woman who put her soul and passion and connection into her music and fans, soulless? The same woman who went on length just recently in her album interview tour detailing what was going on in her mind...is that soulless to you? :rip:

Is that what you're cosigning, sis? :coffee:

Am I supposed to feel bad for Grace Jones or any other renowned star because...??? :rip:

Sorry, I don't actually think legends in any field are above judgment!

Love bey, i have no horse in this game

BUT

Gagachella felt like a victory lap, a woman who has been through hell and back for years, had to dig her way back from the trenches, coming back in full force to show everyone that two decades into her career not only is she at the top of her game, she is the blueprint for what it means to be a popstar.

It's such BS to diminish other black artists just to prop up your billionaire fave, y'all are wild and resorting to using this as some stan fodder is ******* crazy

Not shocking coming from the fanbase that told people in the tour thread that you should stop being poor if you can't afford the luxury that is a Beyonce concert

A "boring" performance that is STILL the standard that you're swearing your fave has outdone. Beyoncé literally coined the whole "-chella" trend, and now y'all are out here desperately pushing "Gagachella" like it's a thing when no one outside this website is using it :bibliahh:

I won't comment against Grace - I'll make the controversial statement that Madonna doesn't have true pop-daughters; Gaga was a Grace Jones daughter and Britney was a Janet Jackson daughter. But I think Gaga has Beyonce beat here! :psych:

The cognitive dissonance. Your fanbase created that thread to shade Gaga's performance, and now playing the victim. Such a typical WASP mentality.

Let's hope these tweets will allow their streams to match Gaga, but heads up it won't.  At the end of the day, your fave is all smoke and mirrors cause nobody cares to listen to her.

A vanity project that paid tribute to HBCUs and celebrated Black history, identity, and excellence. For countless Black students, it was the first time they saw their culture honored with that level of visibility, artistry, and respect on a global stage. Not to

mention her donating $100,000 and raising an additional $25,000 to historically black colleges and universities.

Black excellence is using slave labour for your clothing brand?

So Gaga's performance is more acclaimed and lauded by the GP then cause Bey is a Black woman and will never be able to break that boundary cause racism is inevitable?

I'm not sure what the argument is here, but it reads as ceding the argument that Gaga's performance is better in the eyes of the GP (which seems to be the Hive's claim to fame here cause Beychella impact) because she's white? I mean… okay.

According to little monsters it is. :gaynetcat1:

Well.. who's the one still being brought up 8 years and 8 coachellas later.

Beychella is literally the blueprint for all Coachella performances that came after. Gagachella was a cute little Parris Goebel showcase. Let's see who's still discussing that performance within the next year or two.

Hive acting now like a victim when they were the first one who started downplaying Gaga for that set up thread and when it backfired and turn this mess about a race when they lost arguments. :rip:

WHO is playing the victim? You're the one who falsely claimed that Beychella is forgotten when its the only reason yall are even trying to make GAGACHELLA happen. The absolute lack of self awareness:ahh:

It's clear that your only straw man argument is that somehow Monsters are the only one using the term Gagachella, when it's clearly used by stans in general.

Go find someone else to convince, cause it's definitely not the Monsters.

PS

Gagachella > Bey(sic)chella

Not "still being brought up 8 years later!" when nobody but her fanbase did

IMG_8382.thumb.gif.93d07edf1859896b05a18

Gaga allowed herself to be critiqued and checked along her career and because of that was able to make progress whereas Beyonce along with her fans refused to take any criticism and demand acclaim after anything the woman does and that's why her performances honestly always lack a bit something and now look. Gaga won

Why do beystans have the urge to ALWAYS push Gaga down? Get a job go to school do something else

I honestly haven't watched Beyoncé's performance. I just saw snippets of it and it doesn't even remotely look interesting.

Baby you're almost there!

WHY and WHEN did stans started using it?

If you and your fanbase are happy with coining this alleged term, good for you I guess? I mean the little wins matter.

Your fave had to unleash her husband to beg for an award, so I guess like fave like stans?

Both shows elevated Popstars to higher standards that's undeniable.

I personally prefer the Gaga one,it was trully a spectacular immaculate show.

OGHs crying and suffering here is delightful though :ahh:
