I loveeeee this and who cares about charts, I'm just happy she's okay and gets to make art after everything she's been through, she's so strong and deserves to be celebrated!

Big nah.

I'm thinking something along the lines of The Great Illusion bc For My Last Trick has been the central focus of the campaign.

Absolutely adore this song, so stoked for more material

this is literally so bad its almost an insult to the original song

the og lucky is one of the best songs of all time imo

this is not it

I would sue. Wth is this

wtf is this?! Should've been a straight up cover instead and it'd be hmm better

Geez this must've been an expensive interpolation.

EDIT: why the downvotes?  It's not shade, Britney's song is really famous and really expensive to sample

The music video is so poignant. Idk Halsey is doing her most personal music yet and keeping it accessible. I think the album has potential to wow

its nice. its definitely NOT better than the original. but i like it. itll grow on me later the more i listen to it.

This is not it.

this is terrible.

I am worried that she's lost her spark

The pannings

She better scrap this and give us an original song for the lead single

This should've never been released

Nnn now let's get not carried away, the original track was nice but it was never a masterpiece, just a nice ballad lol

i like the verses and the music video! it's definitely a grower. i have a soft spot for her after doing a deep dive into her discography and reading about her life

I like it. It's kind of deep especially with the video. But I believe she could've done alot more with the sample. She could've made it alot bigger and sadder.

Although it's kinda grower. And in a fool for a nostalgic feel.

Is anyone capable of coming up with something original anymore?

And the lyrics to this song are beyond embarrassing.

Oh that was a respectful nod to the original, and yet still personal.

This is giving major Y2K vibes.

I can also sense some P!nk influences.

I like it and the video elevates it quite a lot. It's cute but it certainly lacks the mystique of the original since we know why Halsey is not lucky at all with all the health issues she had to endure.

watch the album drop on January 17th, 2025

The two Halsey stans downvoting everyone rightfully panning this lazy song

Stream talent instead

when will people understand dont come for britney songs, you will never match OG
