Swiftie goes viral for being dumb
There is a full blown epidemic of trolls using Taylor avis on Twitter, these aren't sincerely Taylor fans

Diet sodas are ass. Agreed?
I don't drink pop unless I'm mixing it with alcohol but if I do, it's always diet. I grew up in a Diet Coke household, sugary Coke is too sweet for me

Taylor Swift removes audio of "august" and other songs from TikToks posted by Trump
Very happy she did this! But I have to roll my eyes at certain users celebrating this as if they weren't previously adamant that she was playing a game of 4D chess with Trump none of us could understand. Many of you previously swore this move would be 'playing into his agenda' but now that it's happened you are spinning it like it's good news. The flip-flopping is ridiculous, be real, you only ever said she shouldn't do it because you didn't think she would & that part of this convo is weird. Maybe remember this going forward & not feel the need to defend every single choice our favs make to the hilt? You can want more from an entertainer you love & support

Do you pee in the sink?
No but me & this guy I went home with were both wasted & he needed to use the bathroom while I was pissing and I said just use the shower & he was confused but complied. I couldn't understand what was so strange about asking somebody to pee in the shower. Till I realized it wasn't pee thank **** it wasn't my house

Taylor Momsen's interview about Perez Hilton's behavior toward her resurfaces online
It makes my head spin when I think about how well received Light Me Up would have been in today's climate. The cast of Stranger Things puts out garbage music and gets indie cred. The Pretty Reckless put out a killer debut & got picked apart. Independent of her age, she was rly put thru the ringer in regards to never being taken seriously as a music act. So unfair

The Fader: Camila Cabello's "C,XOXO" deserves a second chance
Genuinely, if this album had not had two Drake features credited on it & come out right after the wake of Kendrick vs Drake, it would've connected with the audience it was meant to reach much easier. That was the last straw that killed the era, though. If not for that: it's not skipless but the highlights are killer

Have you ever settled for a guy with a fake job?
I dated a "professional" comedian but idk what his profession was on his tax returns bc there was no way he made $5k annually off some open mics & YouTube videos. He was also divorced & he wasn't even 30 at the time

Who has more daughters in the industry? Lorde or Lana?
It's complicated. I think Lorde inspired a lot of younger people to think 'wow, I'm from "nowhere" with no connections & I'm just a kid with a dream like her, I can try this' so there is a big crew of Gen Z talent that cite her as the reason why they're entertainers today. That said, they're her kids by adoption, if you do a paternity test, that was Lana's nut. Sonically + lyrically, she pioneered what most of those ppl are doing

Sky Ferreira has a meltdown on random Instagram post about her, replies to everyone
Hostility every day of her life for 13 years? The persecution complex has got to stop, for her own sake. Nobody could possibly function healthily like this. She's chronically dysfunctional bc she's paralyzed by the delusion that her every move is being surveilled & picked apart by haters. Nobody (especially not her) is at the centre of the universe like that. A DM asking when we're getting new music isn't harassment, interpreting people's excitement or interest as threatening is a byproduct of paranoia. But this is how she interpret everything now! She found her 'power' in being weak, the only way she uses her voice these days is to say she doesn't have one

Joe Jonas admitted himself to therapy after flop album sales
He is painfully delusional. As somebody who followed these groups in real time: One Direction completely ended the Jonas Brothers. Not because they're more talented or more likeable but because young ppl cycle through trends at a shockingly fast pace, it's not personal. Did nobody really prepare him for the inevitable reality that 99.9% of acts in that genre/playing to the kiddy audience fade into total & complete obscurity? I hope he realizes today he is actually LUCKY given the circumstances

Perez Hilton self-harms and has mental breakdown on TikTok live, police at his house
You're not gonna get anybody to agree with you on this and for good reason. The idea that genes determine what role you have to play in society is an idea designed by those with the "right genes" (those who benefit from being in a position of power) & is 100% a eugenicist talking point
