Which of these MPG hits do your parents know, meaning they'd at least be able to recognize the song if it plays on radio and name the title or the artist? Are there other ones that they know?

My mom was listening to Calm Down some days ago

We should be able to vote for more than one option & from the recent MPGs they know almost all of the hits from Dua Lipa.

I know my mother knows halo because the music video once came on and she said "does she have to dance to everything?" because of the ballet scene.

Alejandro by Lady Gaga. I had this song as my phone ringtone when I was in sixth grade and they were pretty surprised by the music video when they stumbled upon a familiar song.

Out of that list my mother knows: Halo, Royals and Hung Up.

 

My father none.

When Gaga scores a LEGIT SMASH, everyone and their mother will know it..

My mom listen to pop radio everyday going to work so she knows basically all of those songs

I think she probably only doesn't know "Kill Bill" and "Paint the Town Red" cuz we're brazilians and those songs weren't big here. 

She without a doubt bop to Calm Down and Flowers, for example. And the old ones are classics, she sure does know. 

Hung Up by Madonna yep, I remember us all watching that on top of the pops. 

 

Idk if they know Easy on me but they definitely know her older stuff like Rolling in the Deep and Someone like you

 

I remember when Billie won all of her Grammys my mum asked me to play her one of Billie's songs. I played Bad Guy and about a minute in she said "Turn that off"  She looked so horrified

Out of these ik my mom knows Shallow cuz she used to listen to it + ARUTW all the time she seems to enjoy Lady Gaga a lot. And Pink. And she stans Poker Face and Taylor's Shake It Off (taste).
