Miley's work is obviously expected to be of higher quality and so critics are harsher on it, which explains the lower scores.

The tracklist for each of the 24 tracks from Carly Rae's newest album involved a picture taken on the day the song was written. These pictures then all served as individual single covers for the tracks. Props for commitment and the sheer scale of it!
