the song is def a grower but it's not Shallow nor ARUTW.

I think it misses a catchy melody, the chorus is kinda confusing IDK.

 

It won't smash like Shallow, i guess it will have a qt top 20 peak. Nevertheless, a good song.

Tbh I understand the critics given to Hold My Hand, the production overshadows any melody or Gaga's great vocals and there's not a real final chorus, that doesn't mean it's worse than TIHTY lol

 

Its worse than I LA, ARUTW, Shallow, Speechless and Joanne Piano Versión, on par with Brown Eyed and Is That Alright but better than the rest of her ballads for the most part

Ok here's the thing. I don't mind dissenting opinions. In fact, they're welcome because everyone has different musical tastes and varied opinions enrich conversations. But like, you don't like the song? Fine. Totally fine. You express your disappointment once, twice and that's enough. Move on. No need to constantly post about it and ruin the experience for everyone else and bring the energy of the whole room down. Go stand in the corner waiting for another droplet or LG7 then.

That song is so underrated but its a tear jerker and a gem. 

When people say "It's no Shallow". Well, duh. Shallow was lightening in a bottle. She'll never replicate it, and to be honest, she shouldn't try to.

3 days ago when Gaga released the snippet, we were all so excited, do hyped. It was really one of the best moments to be a Gaga fan. I was so happy. We were all celebrating.
