Idk. Her face looks very 2010Ga whenever she takes a break from fillers and doesn't wear facial tape to pull her eyes back. If you apply a platinum blonde wig with square shaped bangs over Gaga's look here and switch the minty makeup to lavender, she would look like Fame Era Gaga especially with the tan she has here and the black eyeliner on her bottom waterline.

But there’s photos from 2007 where her nose looks ‘sharp’ and identical to that second pic.

 

It’s all due to lighting, angles and makeup. Like somebody else mentioned, her nose has always been inconsistent throughout her career. Sometimes it looks sharper, other times more bulbous. There’s no rhinoplasty.

This was just a year ago. Her face is rounder as it seems like her fillers were fading away here reverting back to her lower cheekbones and her lips also look smaller but with lipliner and lipgloss to make them appear bigger. She's also not wearing facial tape to pull back her eyes. I don't think she's had any permanent nose job but I do think she has had a minor chin implant like others have suggested but nothing too crazy as it doesn't alter her look that much.

I think legend had her nose slightly shaped/slimmed, but not an actual rhinoplasty.  The edge is definitely less bulbous compared to her earlier eras, even when compared to the photos where it doesn’t look as round.  She still has the same characteristic nose shape and bump, that hasn’t changed at all.  Regardless of what she did or didn’t have done, she looked absolutely beautiful back then and absolutely beautiful right now.
