I Don't think so. Her nose is the same as before, with bump and all. There are maybe some instances that her nose is slightly different but that can be because of the temporary fillers, angle and make up.

Her face shape changed a lot between 2007 to 2023 but noses become bigger as years go by, not slimmer. 

 

 

If she did do something other than filler it must've been very slight, her nose shape went from round to very sharp and angular and makeup does do that but not in 3D. We would see it looking round and bulbous but we do not.

I noticed the thing about her nose ages ago. It went from round to pointed between 2008-2009 with nostrils wider. She might have had something very subtle done.

Nope, her nose was always "inconsistent".

1. She's getting older

2. IIRC she's borderline positive with Lupus, which might be related to her Fibro, and people with auto-immune diseases are prone to physical changes such as weight fluctuation, plus she's taking steroids, which can cause swelling in your body and face.

3. She's taking fillers.
