If you go back and watch the video of her and gaga presenting, it is obvious liza was not all there, she couldn't even speak properly let alone walk, the wheelchair was there for her not to embarrass herself but everyone trying to be polite and respectful towards her instead of being blunt and being like " sorry grandma your mental faculties are not all there at the moment, please use this wheelchair for your own diginity".
