It's a whole different level of depravity to not only do unspeakable things to living people, babies... or even their corpses, but to film it and broadcast it? I've stumbled upon the videos from the rave... I'll never shake this off. Horrifying, and to think it could've been me there. Shot dead in a ditch or beheaded, or worse, at the hands of Hamas. This is the angle people who've never been here and grew up in the U.S. or Europe will never understand. These countries also have relative issues with minorities, but this is the Jewish homeland and it's been that way for 75 years. Had peace been a possibility don't you think anybody here would want it? They've took hostages in cities, they shot down a rave of over 3000 attendees. They've also fired thousands of rockets aiming cities including Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. They've also abducted hundreds to hold them hostage in Gaza (to be used as leverage later) They've also raped, beaten, mutilated bodies and displayed them in parades across Gaza. Over 300 deaths and thousands injured. Many are missing or presumed dead or abducted.

I'm sorry that your grandfather was displaced. my mom was smuggled out of Syria as a baby with her parents and they've left all of their belongings behind in 1960. Their escorts who carried them threw Lebanon also stole all of their jewelry and belongings. They left behind extended family and a home. This happened because they were Jewish in secret, and my grandfather was jailed when they found out he was practicing Judism. It is not a blame game. Years have passed and the reality is that Israel exists. It is a country with its political issues and it isn't perfect but it exists. And in 2023 this isn't going to change and it's better to move forward accepting that this is the reality. Gaza is its own land with its own authority that neglets its people and their living conditions in the name of Allah, while being backed by bigger more established radical Islamic countries. I've lived here all my life and proudly served the IDF and the treatment of Palestinians is far from perfect but it is definitely not what you present, nor is it a mass genocide or ethnic cleansing.
