The utmost respect for how she handled her career post 2010. But most importantly, that she backed it all up with insane talen, amazing music and breath-taking visuals. 

 

Her only competition is herself. 

I will never forget today. #1 song and #1 album BOTH at the same time. After so many called her washed and done. As fans, we even doubted her many times but look at this. Also isn't it even sweeter that this happened before we got any visuals or performances? they cant even say that she relies on videos and performances to sell her songs. She let them NO space to find excuses to trash her anymore. NONE.

Though I am not Chart Hive, it does feel GREAT to know that BREAK MY SOUL is now officially a #1 hit.

 

Echoing the comment above me too, it does feel nice that all our "Formation wasn't even released but probably would have been a hit anyway" statements trying to defend her from haters now has some proof behind it. And all with just the music itself!! YAS!
