if she's lipping to preserve her voice i don't see the problem, especially if the track playing is literally her voice  it's not like she's created the vocals with AI

IIRC, The Sphere folk's legal cease and desist mentioned "trying to intimate that she will announce a residency at the end of her current tour". I read that and felt it was their way of preempting her plans, which were originally with them and now will be with another venue. 

 

Could be total conjecture and actually just "she's in Vegas, yay" activity, but I guess we'll see.

Caesars has the Coliseum as their venue. It fits 4,000 people. I doubt it.

I think it's simply that Vegas does stuff like this.  Their entire economy is tourism, so stunts like this are for them, not Bey.
